PB & J Smoothie

If you loved a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich when you were a kid, you’re going to love this concoction.  The frozen strawberries mixed with the peanut butter gives it an awesome kick of fiber and protein but without all the added sugars of a store-bought smoothie.


  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or to preferred consistency)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
