I work 1:1 with a limited number of runners who are ready to support their miles with great nutrition while improving or maintaining a healthy relationship with food and their body. This is high touch support for individuals wanting more support, or those with other medical considerations (such as diabetes, heart health) or for those with disordered eating.
Small-Group Coaching for Beginner and Advanced Runners, 5k – Ultras.
In this intimate and personalized small group coaching experience, I will guide you through nutrition to fuel your running alongside a supportive accountability team of runners on the same journey. During the 6 week program, I will guide you in tweaking your food and support you by providing tools, accountability and daily guidance needed for you to perform your best while training and on race day. I work with athletes of all levels to build fueling plans that are functional, enjoyable and diet-free.

All clients will have free access to my app and online dashboard. Share your food intake with photo food logging, schedule your sessions, chat message and video chat with me directly – all from the comfort of your smart phone!
