Hi there! I'm Christina, a clinically trained Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition, a blogger, a wifey, and a mama to 3 crazy boys and 2 pups. I combine evidence-based functional nutrition training with self-compassion. I practice this way because I understand that health isn’t only physical, it’s emotional.
I believe that every person is capable of making positive, long lasting changes. When you love yourself enough to put yourself first, change will begin on the inside and then will be noticed on the outside.
I believe that healthy food should taste as good as it makes your feel, and that nourishing your body WILL make you FEEL nourished!
